DESCRIPTION
As a Talent Acquisition Lead in MENU, you will play a key part of the candidates journey and experience, from attracting and recruiting talents to strengthening and adding value to our employer branding, scaling our recruiting efforts, and growing our team.
In this role, you will manage the recruiting team, monitor the recruitment efforts and you will be entrusted to communicate company goals and deadlines to the team.
Talent Acquisition Lead works closely with the Head of HR to gain deep understanding of the company culture and values and with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the roles, in order to attract and find great candidates and provide an amazing candidate experience.
Main responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Lead include co-defining recruitment needs, coordinating and executing the complete recruitment process, improving employer branding strategy and supporting the HR strategies through the recruitment efforts.

The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Lead include:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
- Motivate the team to achieve team goals
- Managing the recruitment cycle from advertising to onboarding
- Develop and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential
- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Demonstrate agility, ability to foster and engage in healthy conflict, mentorship, ability to remove obstacles, and create clarity from ambiguity
- Developing relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to drive recruiting process to ensure positions are filled within time to achieve goals
- Ensuring great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Creating recruiting strategies that will attract top talent
- Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires
- Managing the company’s candidate database
- Identifying, engaging, and managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Creating compelling and exciting employer branding content
- Leading employer branding initiatives
- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Hands on hunting, sourcing, interviewing and hiring
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment and IT industry
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices
- Extensive experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Github, etc.
- Extensive LinkedIn network
- Well established social connections within the IT community and a large personal network of candidates
- Results oriented toward superior research and sourcing skills
- Unparalleled eye for talent and strong understanding of the differences in knowledge and expertise between highly-skilled developers and average talent
- Experience with employment branding, innovative sourcing strategies, and building a robust pipeline of diverse talent
- Experience with social media campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with a professional attitude and lead by the example work ethic
- Diplomatic and tactful
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; able to learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Fluent in English
