We are looking for someone to join our Quality Assurance and Automation Testing team. Your job would be to provide hands-on testing, help with managing daily workloads, and bring your QA expertise to establish both manual and automation testing processes. We are working on exciting new projects, for a cool Silicon Valley startup, in the area of electric vehicle charging. Become a member of our team and grow and learn together with us.
Requirements:
- Bring in automation wherever you see fit
- Manage day to day activities of testing and work within the quality assurance team
- Coordinate with customers to collect testing requirements
- Participate in scrum and product planning
- Understand complex business requirements and provide direction in designing the test plans, scenarios, and cases
- Work with all relevant stakeholders and departments in helping establishing and enforcing quality gates
Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing skills – we use English on a daily basis to communicate with our clients and colleagues
- Good interpersonal skills
- Nice to have: experience with complex software systems
Qualification:
- 3+ years of experience in the industry
- Excellent command of manual testing
- Solid hands-on experience with automation
- Experience with modern tools e.g. Selenium, Cucumber
- Good knowledge of either Java or Python
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Nice to have: experience of working in Agile environments
