Job Introduction
The job holder supports the corresponding team lead in all activities of the department and ensures active participation in the daily business of her/his functional responsibility.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support
- Control of change requests and define requirements for the developers
- Consulting
- Optimization of the existing SAP QM/PM Processes
- Support of mobile solutions
- Assists the monitoring of the developments in the SAP System
- Coordination and collaboration with external consultants
- Time tracking and documentation according to MIT standard
- Customizing
- Support of rollout Projects
- First and Second Level-Support
- User training
- Contribution in business process modeling and blueprint creation
- Analyzing and optimizations of logistic processes
- Analyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementations
- Identify feasible solutions, create business blueprints and provide effort estimations
Knowledge and Education
- Studies in Business Informatics or other comparable education
Work Experience
- Very good Experiences in SAP QM and PM and the relevant logistic processes
- Experiences with mobile solutions (Mobisys knowledge are welcome)
- Experiences in, at least, one other logistic SAP Module (MM, SD or PP)
- Basic knowledge in ABAP is welcome
- Knowledge about Quality interfaces are a major plus (CAQ, vendor-/customer portal)
- Good experiences in process modeling and design
Skills and Competencies
- SAP, MS Office Tools, Microsoft Outlook
- Profound English and German language skills (written and oral)
Work Environment
- Regular travel will not exceed 5% of the time.
