Immediate need – Hiring Remote Product HelpDesk Agents L1/L2 in Serbia

This is to support an online insurance marketplace web-app.

The product is web-based with 12-20 webpages the users need to navigate.

Support is to cover both the technical aspects of the product e.g. break/fix and layout guidance, as well as underwriting support, where end-users may have questions about insurance industry-specific terms or understanding the intent of verbiage within the product.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication required In English
  • Support to occur over phone, chat and e-mail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience 3-5 years
  • Experience in any ticketing system required, experience with Zendesk nice to have

This position will allow you to not only learn but help build a dynamic team, growth and get rewarded in the process.

Product Training and role onboarding included. No insurance-specific former experience required.
