We're building an innovative, cloud solution for access control (www.cozyaccess.com). Our portfolio includes cloud applications, smartphone applications, embedded technology, and distributed microservices built following the highest industry standards. As our client base grows, we're looking for a person for the following role: Operations & Support Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing the highest quality of service as a customer support engineer
  • Managing and operating cloud-based applications and remote devices
  • Monitoring and ensuring system uptime, security, stability, and performance, as well as device and customer service administration
  • Working with ticket systems, monitoring tools, and operational tasks
  • Developing and executing change management activities, including documentation, customer onboarding, and general process changes

Background:

  • Degree in a technical field or proven track of practical experience
  • Passion about technology and mobility
  • Good English skills both written and spoken
