Your responsibilities:
- Understand project scope, it’s deliveries, delivery dependencies, roles and responsibilities of team members and stakeholders
- Assist with project plans, schedules, documentation, and multiple teams resource allocations and communication to ensure agreed scope and timelines are being met
- Work with project delivery teams to help identify and resolve any issues that arise
- Review and ensure timely submission of project effort and resource demand to Product Delivery Management team
- Coordinate with vendor team on project related tasks when relevant
- Support IT Management team with department resources and related costs planning and tracking
- Support other project roles within project delivery through technical analysis, project execution, testing and GoLive
- Work with many company’s stakeholders
- Promote and ensure usage of all relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and other
To succeed in this role, we expect that you have:
- High school or College degree preferably from Management and Organization or Telecommunication / IT area
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Good project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong initiative and solid judgment skills
- A result-oriented individual
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Easily adoptive to change
