SCOPE AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for manufacturing system support for plant and processes integration with corporate IT environment
- Overall responsibility for maintenance and enhancements of the manufacturing systems integration like WMS, BMS, ATTP, GTS/ETS/ MTS
- Manage support for serialization system (Antares, SAP ATTP, ITS – SAP ATTP Interface)
- Maintaining and support users in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013R2 ( WMS and Inventory module)
- Managing security and authorizations in Dynamics NAV
- Support and assistance in the administration of the equipment warehouse – handheld PC
- Ensuring compliance of software, databases and backup data in the production process
- Manage Interface between NAV, WMS, ANTARES system
- Provide access to manufacturing service teams (equipment manufacturers) for online troubleshooting
- Gathering requirements, analyze (Changes and Impacts on existing and proposed application modules)
- Support Users in daily work for WMS, ANTARES
- BMS assist (Created necessary scripts, printer installation etc.)
- Support during GMP Inspections
- Participate in Periodic review of validated system for manufacturing
- Support Master Data module
- Document processes and train employees on use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Troubleshoot bug issues and report issues to management and directly to Vendors
- Working directly with Key Users to manage custom requirements
- Managing the authorizations requests (NAV, WMS, GTS/ATTP)
- Acts as liaison between Business, IT, SQA & Vendor to drive/coordinate changes and projects per the strategic direction
- Support, as an extension to, the global GLIMS support team
- Provides feedback to Business Owner and team on when changes or maintenance releases are necessary or recommended for implementation
- Manage Regression test activities across the sites, coordinating activities with the Superuser community, Business Management and other applicable Application Support Teams.
- Works with other team members to provide guidance on what is possible from a functionality perspective, what type of timelines would be required for projects, provide guidance on resources required, and work with vendor when necessary to determine timelines, cost and options
- Support processes integrations with internal systems
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SETS PREFERRED
- Minimum of 5 years IT experience in supporting computerized systems
- Business knowledge and system knowledge with an understanding of global regulations for validated systems and best-practices in supporting Manufacturing Systems
- Knowledge Microsoft SQL or ORACLE
- Experience with Pharma manufacturing environment, in Pharma serialization system
- Positive attitude and longing for results, creative, able to offer new ideas and perspectives to the situation
- Fluent in Serbian and English
