Within the Technology Consulting department – Digital & Emerging Technologies, our experts specializing in Digital Consultancy and Systems Integration strive to unlock the value of client data and deliver it to new digital platforms. With a team of highly trusted industry experts, we can create robust digital solutions for customers, with the skills to integrate with very complex back-end systems both on-premise and in the cloud.
Currently we are looking for an IT Recruiter to help us to attract and find the exceptional talent who will join our Technology Consulting team.
You will work closely with our service delivery teams to help determine their specific resourcing needs and execute on an agreed recruitment plan. This role will be the principle point of contact to Hiring Manager, ensuring all steps in the recruitment process and clearly explained and progress is updated on a timely basis.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leading end to end IT/tech recruitment projects
- Building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers through ongoing resource planning
- Facilitating interview, offers and employment process
- Actively seeking out fresh and original sourcing strategies
- Identifying recruitment/sourcing process improvement
- Participating in employer branding activities
To qualify for the role, you should have:
- More than 2 years of experience as an IT recruiter
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Positive, can-do attitude and independency
- Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
