ABOUT THE ROLE
For this role we’re looking for someone to work under a Project Manager and create customisations for software and data management systems. You’ll be working in a range of areas, including reports, system modifications, data migration, interfaces and third-party software.
This is a junior role with opportunity for progression, though candidates should already have experience consulting customers in person and over the phone, training users in their area of expertise, and dealing with incidents and requests via a helpdesk.
To be successful in this position you’ll need to have good English language skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, thinking analytically and adapting your approach to deal with a wide range of people and projects successfully.
