Job description:
- Identifying and screening potential candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) across multiple channels
- Identifying qualified candidate profiles accordingly
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. Linkedin, Slack, Stack Overflow, Github…)
- Maintain candidate databases
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to organize interviews
- Build relationships with candidates to maintain a network of potential candidates and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Following up with passive candidates
Requirements:
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles is a must
- Familiarity with Internet sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Slack, Github, etc.) and digital networking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to organize
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- BSc in IT or relevant degree
