Field Application Engineer

Job Description:

1. Provide technical support for Quectel's WIFI/Bluetooth products.
2. Make quick response, to all customers located throughout Europe regions, and help them resolve software/hardware issues.
3. Business trip is necessary for on-site support, based on COVID-19 situation.
4. Offer feasible solutions to customers based on their application requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications, or other related fields.
2. Experience in embedded software and hardware
3. WIFI/BT protocol & application knowledge.
4. Good analysis and trouble shooting skills, should be able to solve technical problems raised by customers.
5. Should be able to work independently, be self-motivated, equipped with a good team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, a creative problem solver and be easy to get along with others.
6. Excellent written and verbal English, outstanding communication skills with customers.
7. Based in Belgrade.

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience with WIFI/BT stacks
2. Experience in programming embedded Linux and RTOS
3. Knowledge of interfaces like UART, SDIO, PCIe
4. Knowledge in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Shell, Phyton)
5. Familiar with ARM microcontrollers.
