Your responsibilities would be:
- Research data to predict the probability of customer actions.
- Create Next best Model Prediction for products, and recommended offers for Business sales and Telesales.
- Create offering for B2B Blue Friday/3rd party loyalty, as well as Upsell/Cross sell.
- Research data to improve customer engagement. Finding and fixing customer pain points.
- Use Case development addressing data mining problem under study
- Articulate business problems into mathematical models.
- Analyze customer requirements, technology and Network
What we are looking for:
- Master Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Physics.
- Practical Experience in developing Predictive Models, Data Mining, Machine Learning & Analytics.
- Advanced Analytical and statistical skills, data mining skills (including data auditing, aggregation, validation…) and data modelling techniques including model calibration and optimization.
- Strong Presentation & Communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in Python, R.
- Have the ability to quantify and measure impacts of solutions.
- Understand, categorize, organize, and interpret heterogeneous data sets.
