About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

Job Description
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team: ► You will ensure IT Compliance (Legal and IT Security) of Digital Offerings in Power Tools ► You will be responsible for the roll-out of Digital Clearance Process in regions ► You will collaborate closely, align decisions and activities with Core Team Digital Clearance (Capability Owner IT Security, Privacy Lawyer, IT Lawyer, DSPiE, Architect, Support team, etc.) ► You will communicate IT Security status to Business Units and provide support to improve it (if needed) ► You will follow up implementation of measures with stakeholders ► You will keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis (if required) ► You will support the Digital Clearance process optimization and streamlining with other PT processes ► You will work on digitization and automation of existing and upcoming processes within the Digital Clearance Process and process documentation |
Qualifications
Who you are: ► You have relevant university degree (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics) ► You have 2+ years of experience in Data Security ► You have experience working across multiple teams and handling multiple stakeholders ► You have very good communication and soft skills ► You are self-organized and an independently working person ► You work in a structured way, have analytical thinking and a detail-oriented approach, ► You have a solution-oriented approach in the day-to-day work and when communication to stakeholders, ► Able to handle complex topics – make the connection between different tasks. ► You have professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. A plus would be an additional language skill (such as German), ► You are creative and an innovative, ► You possess basic Legal knowledge (Privacy Law and IT Law), ► You have advanced IT Security knowledge, ► You have IT affinity – knowledge about Digital Offerings (websites, apps & social media channels) and IT Systems ► You have Security and IT compliance audit knowledge, ► You have understanding of digital marketing and IT Compliance topics, ► You possess very good skills in Microsoft Office and Track & Release / JIRA You would be a perfect match to our team if: ► You are eager to work with the newest technologies ► You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment, but don’t worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other ► You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects ► You’re a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally ► You take ownership of projects and tasks ► You’re not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges |
