We are looking for highly motivated and responsible Product Manager. We value people who are willing to learn new technologies and take responsibility for delivering results to join our talented team in Belgrade.
Responsibilities:
- By maintaining a good market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.
- Collect requirements, do business cases, write product specifications;
- Be passionate about managing each phase from product planning to evaluating;
- Define the product roadmap and write product backlog and user stories;
- Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders and negotiate with vendors;
- Schedule daily stand-ups with the team;
- Working hours from 4pm till 00am
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management;
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills;
- Managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
- Solid technical background with understanding software development and web technologies;
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
- Scrum and PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
