Telesign’s Digital Identity Solutions organization is looking for a Product Analyst. This critical new position will be an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Product Manager based in Belgrade and assisting the product management team with implementing new routes, making routing decisions based on route performance and pricing, data performance monitoring, reporting, product support, planning and request management. The Digital Identity team is a global cross functional team between Product Development and Relationship Management playing a crucial role on the organization’s Digital Identity Solutions scalability. This newly created role is a critical contributor and key stakeholder to the department’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and analyzes product traffic using built-in monitoring and reporting tools
  • Identifies and solves issues in product performance using internal tools and processes
  • Provides operational support and manages data sources according to company strategy
  • Conducts performance audits to ensure product reliability
  • Acts as a liaison between Product, Engineering and Data Partnerships on objectives moving into priority
  • Supports Client Services & Solutions Engineers on supplier onboarding & configuration
  • Contributes research on product issues and expansion projects
  • Identifies and develops comprehensive business processes and procedures, as necessary

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of related work experience in an analytical role
  • Minimum five years with demonstratable work experience
  • Experience in MNO/Telco industry is highly desired
  • Proven knowledge base in network switching, specifically SS7 and HLR Networking
  • Proficient in solution architecture concepts
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Basic level knowledge base Jira, tableau, SQL, and Salesforce.com is highly recommended
  • Local to Belgrade, Serbia
  • Ability to travel as necessary
