We are currently looking for candidates for the following position: Business Developer

Ready2Wash is looking for a motivated, positive individual to join our team in Novi Sad. If you are experienced in IT services and products and are self-driven to reach your goals, this career opportunity might just be the right one for you! You will network, generate prospects, organize presentations and attend industry trade show events to solidify new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with current and prospective clients, mostly from the automotive business sector. Additionally, you will organize and plan sales activities (daily and weekly) by reaching out to clients (business owners, managers), scheduling appointments and planning other events as needed.

BD Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components and coordinate with other teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Conduct presentations for prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process (prepare and submit sales contracts, monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed)
  • Resolve concerns, questions, and comments presented by clients and partners

BD Requirements:

  • University degree (Management or related fields in Communications, Marketing, Sales)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English are a must
  • 3 years of business-to-business sales
  • High computer and IT literacy (CRMs, presentation and communication softwares)
  • Driver's license
  • General business knowledge
  • Skills in networking and creating long-term trust-based relationships are a must
  • A proven track record in developing and closing targeted sales
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • High service orientation
  • ***other EU languages are a plus

The successful candidate must have excellent people skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and must be able to solve problems creatively. Must have strategic and analytical skills and the ability to "think outside the box”.
